Our services

We provide residential cleaning services. Requests submitted through the website are booking requests; a booking is confirmed once we contact you to arrange details. Pricing shown on the site is a starting estimate and may vary with the size and condition of your home; the final quote is confirmed before your appointment.

Scheduling & cancellations

Please give us reasonable notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. We will do the same, and we will contact you promptly if we cannot keep a scheduled time.

Text messaging (SMS) terms

By providing your mobile phone number and agreeing to receive SMS from Salt & Shine Cleaning, you consent to receive text messages related to your bookings and appointments (such as booking and appointment notifications).

• Message & data rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier.
• Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your bookings.
• Opting out: Reply STOP to any message to opt out. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation and we will stop sending SMS to your number.
